The Water Wagon Office |

The Water Wagon office is open between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday to assist you. The office staff will help you set up an account, answer questions about delivery options and take credit or debit card payments over the phone. If you’d prefer to visit us in person, stop by the office at 2908 Parks Highway during our business hours. Additionally, we employ an answering service 24 hours a day/7 days a week to take your calls when the office is closed. The answering service will take water delivery requests and pass them on to us right away. Delivery requests made through the answering service after our normal office hours will be fulfilled the next business day. We make every effort to complete delivery requests made on weekends the same day; however, this is entirely dependent upon what time you call and the existing delivery schedule. |
