The Water Wagon office is open between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday to assist you.
The office staff will help you set up an account, answer questions about delivery options and take credit or debit card payments over the phone.
If you’d prefer to visit us in person, stop by the office at 2908 Parks Highway during our business hours.
Additionally, we employ an answering service 24 hours a day/7 days a week to take your calls when the office is closed. The answering service will take water delivery requests and pass them on to us right away. Delivery requests made through the answering service after our normal office hours will be fulfilled the next business day. We make every effort to complete delivery requests made on weekends the same day; however, this is entirely dependent upon what time you call and the existing delivery schedule.

Matt, Operations Manager After driving a water truck for ten years, Matt now works behind the scenes to make sure you get deliveries in a timely and professional manner and trucks stay running smoothly. However, he still jumps in a truck to make deliveries once in a while.
Marita – Customers love Marita’s great attitude and friendliness over the phone. After working for over 8 years at North Star Youth Court, Marita is ready for whatever we throw at her.
Kaylie – Kaylie has lived in Fairbanks much of her life, has always worked in customer service and loves to help people.
