Located at 2260 Chena Ridge Spur Road (Map it), the Fill offers round the clock convenience to customers interested in hauling their own water at the economical price of 2.7¢ per gallon
The Fill is coin & bill operated, accepting $1, $2, $5, $10, and $20 bills, nickel, quarter and dollar coins. The Fill does NOT give change, though you can add money to your FOB with larger bills and the excess remains on your FOB for a future use. The Fill offers a credit Key FOB system where customers keep a positive credit balance and deduct when water purchases are made. Credit can be added to a FOB account via a credit card at the Water Wagon office (or over the phone) or by using the coin or bill acceptors at The Fill.
The Fill
To prevent floods and spills, The Fill nozzles are set up with a few safety features. One of these is a time-out function. In order to prevent the system from “timing out” before you fill your tank or jug, we recommend that you get everything ready to go & set up before putting your money into the slot. If instead you put your money in, then spend five minutes getting the frozen lid off your tank, the system will time out.
Additionally, each fill station has a large red emergency shut off button. Make sure that button is pulled out prior to attempting to fill your tank or jug. Water will not flow if the button is pushed in.
Tank Fill
Looking for a hundred gallons or a thousand? Help yourself to the doors along the east side of the building. Here larger hoses provide higher flow water delivery so you can spend less time in the cold filling your tank. Remember, the water comes out forcefully, plan ahead to protect yourself from being sprayed down.
Jug Fill
If you’re filling a few jugs, rather than a tank in the back of your truck, you’ll want to drive to the north end of the building and take advantage of our lower flow nozzles. Using the larger hoses set up for filling truck tanks typically results in more water on the ground (and you!) than in your jug.
